I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec. 2nd. It took 10 days for a shipping label to be created. Then it was sent to Georgia and from there it went to Indiana. The address for delivery of this item is in Montana! How can this be an efficient way for an item to ship? I paid extra for postage but as it is, this item won't even make it for Christmas, if at all. I have emailed Personalization Mall with no response. Will not be ordering from this website again.
