I purchased a pendant for my wife's birthday, but not only did I not get the gift in the time frame listed (it should have been here days before her b'day), but their website is absolutely useless for status tracking, and their customer service refuses to respond now, after two weeks of making excuses for the delay and promising to expedite the order. I will be recommending to everyone I know to pass along the message to never use Adorlla for ANYTHING. I feel robbed, and the experience ruined an otherwise wonderful planned day I had with my wife.
