“Asks for way too much personal information for just a quote, and site is broken”

Asks for all your personal information and requires a cell number just to get a quote. Unfortunately none of their systems work and I don't receive a SMS or e-mail OTP, so I can't even proceed with an order. I want to buy a battery. I want to give you money. Why is that so hard?
