It is now March 23rd and still no dress. They have no phone number, so be aware! I emailed and the manager and she did nothing. She refused to ship me out another dress using actual FedEx as was originally promised. DO NOT BUY A PROM DRESS FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!

Never got my prom dress
Ordered a dress on March 6th. Lucy in the Sky said delivery would be between March 10-14. It is now March 16th and no dress. I contacted FedEx and found out they shipped the dress using a different service which was neither 2 or 4 day. They said it won't arrive until April 10th. This is useless as my daughter's prom in on April 1st. How can you order something on March 6th and not get it until April 10th if you ship it via FedEx 2 or 4-day as promised on your website. Online chat does nothing, they just tell you a manager will email you. The biggest clue that they are a scam, they DO NOT have a phone number to call. If they manage to fix this and ship out a new dress before April 1, I will gladly update this review. We shall see. I've contacted them via chat an email at this point.
