A week or so ago the broken box, with scotch tape on it to keep it closed, arrived. I took everything out, but the 6 wheels were missing. I called customer service - the first person was nice but we got disconnected - the second was nasty and uncaring with an attitude - she said i have to return it. I told her I have broken back and nerve damage in right leg - I cannot walk more than 10 ft or I have severe pain.
Why they did not offer to contact the manufacturer and have 6 wheels sent to me? That's how simple it would be. Someone opened box and stole the 6 wheels. As I cannot return this, I was told I will not get a refund. Theo Jones
