When I recieved this machine I thought what a hassle, and i was right. You needed two people to assemble the thing to put each leg in... then, after the rep for the company picked it up, they gave me a bill for $5000.00, oh my lord I said to the woman, she took the bill, and said "don't worry about it" and said "i'll take care of this... Four months later, i'm getting phone calls mind you from third party billing wanting Five Grand! I think that you have misrepresented your selves from the get go... Not telling patients from the get go, how much they are being charged for an "Ice Boot".
