“Poor Customer Service”

I bought a 50cc scooter from them in October of 2021. When the delivery driver came, he said he didn't want to unload it because the shipping container was so damaged. After taking a look, I decided I didn't want to mess with accepting the delivery and possibly having to return it for damages. I asked for a refund in November and am still waiting to receive my money back. This is HORRIBLE customer service.

Tip for consumers:
Buy local and don’t mess with their shipping.

Products used:
I returned the 50cc scooter and have yet to see a refund after 3 months.
