Funniermoments.com is a website where people can stream cartoons for free. And yes, it's legal.
No subscription needed. They have a lot of great shows from when I was a kid and this website really bring back good memories.
They don't have any commercials, logos or any annoyance like that.
You can also buy episodes and put them on your favorite device. They're pretty cheap too. I bought a few episodes of scooby doo, wacky races and a few others. I have them on my ipad. Works great.
And btw, the quality is amazing.
