When I was using this payment provider for my business, they took the right and freeze my account even if my PayPal account was 100% clean with 0 complaints or 0 chargebacks, etc. My hard-earned money was limited and no access to withdrawal. After 180 days when Ive tried to get my money back a message popped up "PayPal's damages caused by Acceptable Use Policy violation" and the entire limited amount was transferred to their account and deleted from mine, the balance was put on $0. Now I'm discussing this shady situation with my lawyer
This platform is a time waste - be aware that if you start to publish stories there after a while they delete them without notice. Also, the support is very rude and they don't care about your issue. I will be sure that negative feedback will be published on each site where this company is listed. And yes I have proof that this feedback is genuine after a real experience with the gumroad.com site.

I'm sorry that you had a difficult time with our support team. I'm not entirely sure what the situation here is, but if you were posting "stories" or "articles" and your account was suspended, it sounds like we may have suspended you because of concerns that your account was using us to boost your SEO - in other words, spamming. We have a big problem with the posts and bio features being used by spammers and SEO blackhatters, so we have to be quite vigilant - perhaps too vigilant in this case.
