I didn't realize that AT&T had locked the phone I purchased from my local cellular company until I tried to open an account with another cellular provider and was told it was locked. I called AT&T and they said I would have to send in an unlock request but after I did, it was not unlocked so thankfully I found your site. On line and you had it unlocked in a day. Not quite sure why these companies can get away with locking a phone that is a customers property. Thank you for your help, I'll let others know.
