I debated buying a dress from them for two years because paying $200 for a dress is kinda crazy to me but I finally took the plunge. I was really excited to finally get the dress I'd wanted for so long. But after I didn't receive a confirmation email for a week, I got worried. I tried calling several times. I couldn't get through to anyone (You have to know the extension and the only extension given was for the receptionist who went straight to voicemail). They didn't respond to my voicemails or emails or online direct messages. I have no idea how to get a real person at this company. Maybe they didnt survive the pandemic and neglected to update their website? I'm now in the process of disputing the charge with capital one. Save yourself the hassle and don't bother with this place.
