None of this information is true. This company, which is actually run by the 'customer service' agent 'max' is a scam. I paid for a lengthy essay to be written and sent to me in 6 hours time, which is quite costly. I sent the $76.00 required for payment through paypal, and never received the paper. There is no legitimate contact phone number to reach them by, which I tried repeatedly to do. There is no live chat agent available after 6pm, either. Eleven in the evening rolled around, and my essay never showed up. I then decided to dispute the transaction through paypal, as my funds had been essentially wasted. It took days for me to be contacted, and even then I had an argument on my hands. According to 'max', my paper must have been lost in transit because there had been inclement weather in his region of Kenya and the internet had gone down. Either that, or he stated that I must have given him the wrong email address. I had kept the copy of the transcript of our chat, and showed him this. To that he responded that he can't possibly live up to a 6 hour delivery promise if the weather causes issues, even though he had charged me the rate for it, and assured me satisfaction was guaranteed or I would receive my money back. Eventually he did have to refund my money, as he could no longer use his paypal without me settling the dispute. I was lucky to get that, though I received a zero grade on the paper portion of my grade for the assignment I had paid for assistance on. I will never again resort to such measures, and certainly anyone else that may think to do so, beware of scam artists such as these. ESSAY BAY WRITERS are dishonest and you will be taken advantage of. Do not make the same mistake I did out of desperation. Please save yourselves the trouble, I cannot stress it enough. DO NOT deal with this fraudulent one man operation.
