Placed the order for a plaque and the extra piece to stand it up. Placed it on 9/5 and was told by customer service it'd take 2-4 days to process and 3-5 to be delivered through usps (so, 5-9 days from placing the order to receive it). They also said they'd update me with tracking info once it's shipped. They charged my account then never gave me tracking info. 9 days post-ordering and it still hasn't even shipped (was only suppose to take 5-9 days to arrive and there's zero updates and zero shipment info?!) Emailed a couple times and still waiting on a response…
