Our company bought $15 000 of products from Joy jumps, when delivery arrived $2000 worth of product was not provided. Over 12 months we have continually asked for a refund or value of product with a response that their Australian company is to blame for "cheating" them. They refuse any reimbursement for the missing product and continue to have zero responsibility for the money provided. They claim the bank account they provided was not theirs and the middle man has taken money.
Extremely poor customer satisfaction. Do not buy from them!
