I talked to representative Brittany. I had gotten a web error message trying to sign the application. She suggested my student to DELETE the application and start for new. There is no way to delete the application but only correct it. She gave me completely inaccurate information. 5 min later I contacted the online chat again and got told by another rep that the website is having problems and suggested not to delete the application. What a joke customer service this website has. I would give 0 stars if I could.
