Bought this product to try and lose weight didn't work for me. Returned the product as per their promotion at my cost. They received the product September 4 2021(signed acceptance at returns address). Have contacted customer service several times(emailed 2 places and phone calls) have been told they are having computer problems and can't issue refund at this time tossed back and forth between sites and same thing still having computer problems no refund.
