I was very disappointed with the customer service. I had been charged for the service for over 2 years and had not been using it. They had my credit card set up on some type of auto renewal. I was charged in January for a year and found it on my credit card bill on February 8th. I asked for a refund since I had not even used the service for over 2 years. Their solution was to charge me for January and then refund the other 11 months. Even though they could see that my domain was hosted somewhere else for the last 2 years. Very poor customer service.
