Ordered an item and picked the shipping method that said it would be here before Christmas. I called 4 times the week it was supposed to be shipped out and not one person could get me a tracking number. Finally the last time I called, 2 days before Christmas, the lady told me she's not sure if it shipped and I said then it probably won't be here before Christmas right? She told me that was correct. Mentioned that it was unacceptable and she just said ok, asked if I was able to cancel the order and she said is that what I wanted? I said yes, she said ok and hung up. Absolutely awful company and customer service. Definitely avoid buying from here.
