I am a first time Author who after much diligence, decided to use Amazon to Publish my book. I was immediately connected with my team leader Trevor James, who explained the editing process and let me know what to expect. That's right, I said Team. To my surprise, Amazon has a full team of professionals assigned to my Book and helping me publish the very best version. They have been there every step of the way to support a newbie Author like me and answer any and all of my questions. I am very impressed with their communication, suggestions, editing and graphic skill sets and will definitely use them for all of my future publishing endeavors. Funny, many times someone tells you to "call them anytime" but you can barely get them to even call you back.
