I was happy with the portion of funds that were successfully traced by Cyberclaims, but on the other hand, I was disappointed that not all of my funds were traced to some entity. I paid for the tracing of all transactions, but unfortunately, some of them were not able to be traced and remained in cold wallets.
While I appreciate their efforts and the professionalism of their team, I expected to receive a more complete resolution for the price I paid.
