I am a long time customer of Battery Junction. First of all they are the most disorganized company I have encountered. They had no record of receiving a flashlight I returned 9 days ago. I had to dig up my return receipt and give them the tracking number. I paid for the return shipping, the shipping to me was free. They deducted the shipping from my reimbursement, I really couldn't understand their lame reason.
I'm sick of dealing with them. They have bad ratings for a reason.

We apologize for the issues here. We are a smaller company with a team of under 50 people, and our RMA process is typically 2 to 5 business days. This does occasionally take a bit longer during our busy season, but we do understand your frustration and apologize for that. I've spoken to our customer service team, and that RMA process and refund should be set as of today.
Regarding the shipping, we do deduct return shipping from the refund amount. For products that are being returned due to manufacturer defects, we may waive or refund that cost, and would pay return shipping for your replacement product (for domestic orders).
