I ordered my daughters Xmas.gift from this crook website.
The carrier marked my order delivered and met at customer. When I wasn't even home.
Have called multiple times for my refund...And they refuse to give me my money back.
Claiming that my order was delivered and they are not held responsible. No signature required,no slip to pick.up,no pics of the order being delivered,nothing.
Do not trust this company.They claim that orders are shipped and delivered while in reality they are not. MANY OTHERS HAVE CLAIMED THE SAME ISSUE. STAY AWAY AND ORDER FROM OTHER LEGIT COMPANIES. Like MK,Marc Jacobs,Kate spade.
