The lack of response and nonexistence of customer service while asking for my refund made me feel deceived and powerless. I would highly advise staying away from this platform at all means since the possibility of losing your hard-earned money is not worth it! K/e/z/o/o/k provided me with helpful advice in regaining all that was mine.
