I then contacted AliExpress customer service to complain and was told to wait 10 days to open a dispute. Days have passed and in my account all the details of my purchase have disappeared, as if they had been deleted, I do not know if by the seller or by AliExpress, but now I have neither my order, nor my money nor way to claim my refund.
