I ordered Brooks running shoes on 5/11/20 and my AMX card was charged. A week later, after not being notified about my order being shipped, I called customer service. Recording said they cannot take phone calls and to email them. I emailed them requesting my order status. No response. A week later I emailed again. No response. On 5/30/20, nearly 3 weeks later, they emailed me that my order was out of stock and issued a refund to my credit card. And during this entire time I was bombarded by daily marketing emails from this company. Customer service is nonexistent. I will never order from them again.
