I bought a $150 gift card for my Dad, who passed away unexpectedly. Park Seed would not honor the gift card when I tried to use the balance, saying that it had expired. What terrible customer service!
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy gift cards from them. Generally speaking, don't support businesses with bad customer service.
