Stayed in July 2021 at the West Long Branch, New Jersey location
The room, pool dirty. Rude staff at breakfast. Physical fight next door. Gym was nasty, no towels or sanitizer
Management was worse, rude and condescending. The Holiday Inn Express has gone downhill. I have had emails back in forth for months without any resolution. Keith Barr CEO needs to have customer service and cleaning inspections on these FRANCHISEES

I have purchased several items from the real and have always been satisfied with my items and the service

Now girlfriend ordered 2 wigs, were not delivered on time, payment issues. She doesn't even feel like trying to send them back. Company responds with same generic response. I told her to talk to summer or denise the same customer service reps that customers have mentioned on this site. If everything was fine with order, no need to contact cs, something seems fishy with those write ups

Ordered clothing, paid for express shipping, never received clothing. My order was wrong. Needed outfit for fathers day and the 6/22. Ummm still have not received. Do not order from online Chinese retailers.
