I was extremely disappointed with your company's unclear pricing and fees. It was incredibly difficult to understand your pricing structure, and I felt like I was constantly being nickel-and-dimed. I was charged a fee for withdrawing my money from BOND, even though I had already paid a monthly fee to use your service. I also found that the fees for trading stocks and other investments were much higher than I had expected.When I tried to contact customer service to get more information about the fees, I was met with resistance and obfuscation. The boss was particularly obstinate, and refused to give me a clear answer. This experience left me with a very negative impression of BOND. I felt like your company was more interested in making money than in providing good customer service.
