My first experience using Tick Picks. This was a somewhat easy process. A little convoluted having the tickets sent from the team organization, instead of Tick Picks.
This was my first tome ordering from cityticketsonline. My representative was Joe. He did an amazing job explaining my ticket purchases. He is a real asset to the team.
Tip for consumers:
When ordering via phone, ask for Joe where possible.
