Ordered hair with Express shipping 1 week prior to going outta town. Never received hair. When I contacted the company the lady explained it's Chinese spring festival right now and no one works during this time. However they worked enough to accept my money from PayPal. I immediately requested a refund and like others they tried to convince me to accept hair anyway. They already admitted they still hadn't sent the hair so I requested a refund in its entirety with no restock fees or return shipping in the event they try and send it anyway. She offered me a pair of eyelashes as a gift to fix the situation and I declined. I had to pay cancellation fees on my trip and more as a result. They had no regards for me as the customer, she even sent me a small video of her family eating and celebrating to validate the negligence as if I cared. They even told me it would take 6 mos for me to receive a refund. My order was $350 but I received my refund in about 2 weeks roughly after escalating the dispute with PayPal.
