DCU customer service worst than a 1 star. Employees forget that the customer are what drives DCU. They seem to have the attitude that you the customer are an inconvenience. I recenty file a visa dispute for damage goods rather than do an actual investigation as they said they would just went thru the motions then said tough luck an took the easy way out and said it was my fault that couch was damage during transit from the store to my home. What a bunch of bs. The couch was damaged in the furniture companys truck. I gave the the signed statement from the driver i don't think that they even looked the evidence i provided. As you can see from the photos one would not expect to pay 7500.00 for damage merchandise. They took the word of the merchant without even contacting me
