Previously I did a review stating my parts weren't shipped together after paying $135 expedited.
After speaking with customer service they reimbursed me the full $135 and it was easy talking with their rep. Very friendly.
They failed to get all my order to ups on time for 2 day delivery so the rest of my parts won't get here till Monday. I took a day off work to repair my vehicle and can't even do the job. Any place is better than a1. Maybe I should of used parts geek
Tip for consumers:
Ups states they failed to get all the parts to airport on time. Struts came but not the 2 shocks or 4 sway bar links
