After promising me a refund, thy have completely welched on the payment and seem happy to continue to demand high praises for actively screwing me over.
Yes Banggood the order number is *******. As you can see in the attched photo below you clearly ppromised me the refund after 60 days and it clearly SAYS that the refund will post within ONE BUSINESS DAY. And yet here we are 48 hours later on a Tuesday and I still haven't received the refund. BECAUSE YOU ARE ACTIVELY LYING ABOUT IT! I have already confirmed with Paypal that you made no attempt to refund me through their service and i am now forced to escalate this with my bank, and/or seek legal counsel.

AVOID BANGGOOD.COM AT ALL COSTS
Ordered drone parts from Banggood on February 9th. Was promised 7-20 day shipping.
Tracking said it never left Shenzhen after February 15th. Contacted seller 3 times before getting any kind of response.
At first they told me they sent it and that USPS lost my package. I was easily able to confirm this was not the case by talking to my local post office.
Then they tried to blame it on bad weather delaying shimpents. Finally they told me that despite promising 7-20 day shipping they would refuse to provide any form of customer service until the product had been missing 60 days. After 60 days THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS!
Finally, today, two months and a week after ordering and MULTIPLE escalations and disputes filed through Paypal they agree to refund me. Which earned them one extra star.
And now they have the audacity to solicit me for a positive review. Which is why I am here telling you to avoid Banggood.com like a pit of diseased rats if at all possible.
With that said there are a few items that can only be gotten through banggood at a reasonable price so if you do, get the expedited shipping and tracking.
Edit update: after promising me a refund through paypal within 24 hours, banggood has once again failed to issue me the refund. It appears they are actively trying to scam their customers out of god they either don't have or they simply don't care.

However, I have noticed you have recently opened up a PayPal dispute and you will need more time to check the information about your order. As paypal needs a period of time to adjudicate the decision. This is the reason why you don't receive the refund.
In this case, could you please close firstly? So that you could receive the refund asap. We totally understand you situation. We promise we will try our best to solve your problems. Thanks for your cooperation.
