Had a great experience with the Burromax team! After evaluating several options, I concluded the TT1600R was the superior product. Bill was very helpful over the phone addressing a few questions. So I bought mine online and then picked it up at their office. The whole team is very friendly and helpful. They had me loaded up and on my way in no time.
I researched several different electric minibikes and judged the Burromax to have the best design. I like the fact that the bikes can be worked on, parts replaced, etc. and that Burromax carries upgrades and replacement parts. I also liked the numerous videos they have taken the time to create to explain things like unboxing and routine maintenance. The availability of customer service was a major factor in my choice.
