Royalmail has said they cannot deliver my package but my work address is correct on my order. I have tried calling your office but it does not go through. My emails have not been answered in days. I even paid for expedited shipping and it was not dispatched until days after. I need this to be corrected.

Hi Tony, As we explained by email to you, You left out the first line of your address. So when Royal Mail tried delivering (tracking MV030267210GB) they were unable to locate your exact address. After you informed us of the missing line in your address, we resent it again at our expense (UPS 1Z44R8R16818847966) which was delivered the next business day. Hope you enjoy your phone! MM
