Just a warning folks.
I was a supporter of ASAPtickets and bought my flight tickets from them. I often recommended them to friends but my latest experience with them clearly illustrates they have no customer service desires at all.
I purchased my current flights from a salesman whose name was Xander, and was pleased with the price. What he missed telling me was the tickets did not come with a baggage allowance. I logged on to the airline website the day before to check in and check my baggage, NOTHING.
Naturally I complained to ASAP as nothing in the paperwork contained any reference about my not being able to take anything but a rolled up handkerchief. They of course refused to accept any responsibility for the "error" stating as I had digitally signed the acceptance it was my fault. However, nowhere on the documents was there any reference to the baggage issue.
I will never use ASAPtickets again and my advice to everyone is to stay away from them. Clearly the company only wants to sell tickets and when a problem arises they refuse to step up to the plate.
