Just left PrimePay after many years of doing our small business payroll. At first, they were great, but as the prices skyrocketed, the service diminished. Way too many mistakes. They had a hard time keeping track of accruals and could not even get the Christmas Bonuses right. I informed the last month that I was switching payroll services only to be told I'm on a subscription and it would cost me thousand to leave. I'm disputing this, asking for the contract but not getting a reply. Never again!
