Absolutely terrible service. The receipt stated "Will arrive within 4 business days if ordered by 3 pm (Eastern)" which was now 10 days ago. No email update or response to an inquiry. I would not have ordered the item (which was time sensitive) if I had known it would take that long to arrive (also paid more for the expedited service). AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Tip for consumers: Do not use Brylane Home unless you want to just wait and see if your item shows up sometime in the future (while paying for express delivery).
