ShopUSA has received my parcel, and lost it. They telling me that it's my fault that the package is lost?
What? I'm located in Sweden and Ordered from a USA site with destination ShopUSA. How can it be my fault? There's even paper that shows they received it.
And because it's my fault it's lost. They can't help me.
So if you want to ceep the stuff you buy, I recommend you to choose any other company.
