When I chose the side bars for my Hummer was because there description was no drilling needed bolt right up,that was not the case there were brackets missing and I called numerous times on that they always gave me the runaround finally they said the manufacturer would be sending them then a few days after that I get an email saying that order was canceled so I called and I was told that there was no brackets that the side bars came installed with the brackets which is totally a lie I even sent them pictures of the sidebars and the frame of where they were to be mounted and there's clearly no way to install them without the brackets they said they would send them not send and the side bars were still in the wrapping in the box that was shipped in they would not except a return and a refund so I'm stuck with a $240 dollar sidebars that I can't mount,I'm gonna have to have some special brackets made so that will be another at least $100 to build so if I could give Carid a negative 5 star I would,I will never buy from them and I have also read numerous bad reviews from others so please read reviews before buying from that company!
