Purchased a pair of adidas shoes (size 3) for $65 on a Saturday. Daughter wore them 2 times over 4 days. Top of shoe detached from sole. I read the back of the receipt which indicates defective products can be returned for exchange or in store credit. I went to the store the same day as malfunction to be told, "yeah, it says that, but we can't do that." I was given the toll free customer service number so I could "take it up with them." I was assured by customer service an email would be sent to me so I could submit photo evidence and they would decide within 48 hours if they wanted to exchange them. Got no email. Called again, offered to email them so they could reply with the information I needed, they refused to do that. "We will send you the email claim form again," never got it. I live in a town of 6,000 residents and spent $23 more on these shoes than ordering online so that I could support my local store. You've lost a customer Hibbett, and I will share this unfortunate story with everyone I know.
