Claims to tailor dresses to buyers needs but doesn't. Completely different colour of product upon arrival and cheap quality. When contacted customer services to return for refund, they have used every excuse under the sun to refuse this including claiming it would cost $110 to return item even though it cost around $20 to have it sent. I am now out of pocket with a completely useless poor quality dress. Do not buy from this company!
