One star is too much for this awful service.
I paid a pound extra to have my item delivered to my nearest Asda store on next day delivery. I went to Asda to collect my parcel and it hadnt arrived so I phoned the number on my order confirmation and spoke to man there who could hardly speak English and kept saying my parcel would be delivered in 7 days time, he had no idea what I was trying to tell him so I asked to speak to hes supervisor, hoping I would get somebody who knew what I was talking about. I shouldnt of bothered as the supervisor was also couldnt speak or understand English & kept saying my parcel will be with me in 7 days. I asked if I was speaking to Ideal world or the parcel courtier as thought this might be the problem that they didnt know about paying extra for the parcel to be delivered to Asda. You can imagine my horror when she said she was Ideal world India! This all makes sense now why customer service is so bad! I emailed Ideal world for a answer who responded and said I would get a phone call, still waiting for phone call. Whats happened to this service? It use to be good. From now on I will steer clear from Ideal world & order from QVC!
