And by fast, I mean "next day". No small feat, considering the hand-off to Auspost?

Wow- I cannot believe that no one has reviewed PLE yet! They are a very well-respected computer supplier in WA. Of all of the Perth-area shops, PLE is considered the "go-to". Other shops are okay, but I believe PLE beats them on the most important thing: having the items in-stock. The rest is moot if the item you need isn't available, right?

PLE also has pretty good service, from what I've dealt with. This would basically be me ringing to check stock, item details, etc... I've never ventured into their actual shops as, alas, I live too far away-- hence my appreciation for the quick-ship. Truthfully, it would cost me more to travel, round-trip, to their shop than to just have it shipped. One day though! I'd love to step in & browse.

I am self-employed as a builder/upgrader/repairer of computers. I've had many purchases with PLE & they have all been perfect, start-to-finish.

I'm writing here to "balance the scales"... I've been buying parts from Netplus since 2007. Until it's closing- from Myaree mainly. I have purchased in-store, but the bulk is shipped to me. I email & am replied to respectfully- with all queries answered. I've asked for specific towers built & quotes beforehand- as well as their personal recommendations. Every time, very well thought out & options given. I especially have dealt with Stephanie- & she always emails back.

I've not had to return due to warranty nor have I ever had a substituted item- so I cannot speak to that area of service.

In store: polite, took time to answer queries, etc. i did not feel rushed or that the staff were uninformed- as others have stated here.

RE: stock levels-- telephone if it's critical. Not that hard to do. And before making the leap that "everything ought to be perfect"> I'd ask, "in whose best interest is it that you check" if time is of the essence?

Netplus has been fine for me. Just wanted to give a review that supported the service I've received.
