So I placed an order 30 days ago for some tshirts. The company should have disclosed that orders will take 30+ days.
I did send an email to "customer service " and they replied with a copy/paste default paragraph. I asked for a phone number to talk to a supervisor. That was ignored.
Hi Travis! We can't find any contact fitting this description but sincerely apologize for the delay! Orders are taking a lot longer than usual right now and our team tried to post messages about the delays on our header, design pages, ordering information page, and cart sections.
We make each item to order and had to put some pretty limiting features in place for our team for a while to ensure a safe production process. Since receiving new guidelines, our team is working around the clock to try and ship every outstanding order as soon as possible. We hope to get back to our usual processing times as we love to see our orders shipped very quickly!
