If only their after sales customer experience lived up to their promise. Buyer beware, free returns/exchange on offer but they take 3 weeks from receipt of the returned item to respond, and then allege the garment returned to them is unsalable. Total BS. No proof, just their word against mine. Customer service at it finest. Why put up with that I say. Plenty of other retailers willing to look after their customers. 'SurfStitch-up' would prefer to steal and treat their customers like liars. Disappointing.
