You have to provide financial info and personal identification, being recorded to re-verify yourself for each order, over charged, and over 1 hour delivery time after placing the order. The company also stored your information without a proper policy in place.
We placed an order from the same restaurant and same card but got hassled out and the order was cancelled an hour later. After 3rd times happening, we will make this into our mission to take down this scam company who collect info from consumers.

BeyondMenu is a 3rd party sevice provider who process credit card payment for online orders placed through us for our restaurant partners with that, it's our responsibility to ensure that all orders are legit and avoid any fraudulent transactions.
