I don't know what has happened in recent years but the way they run their online store has changed. I ordered pants, they were not as described, I didn't even take them out of the packaging and I put in a return. They only partially credited back what I paid, and only as points on their website. Their customer service is cold and unfeeling. I didn't feel like I was talking to punks. Not the same as it was back when I first started using their website.

Tip for consumers:
They only refund store credit
