We ordered 36 cabinet knobs on March 7th, 2018. We just now received them on March 30th. We received an order confirmation and order number the same day and waited the 5-7 business days for an email providing the tracking number for the shipment. After not receiving any information including no order number on their website, we started the process of calling/emailing for updates. Long story short, we had to get the credit card company involved to expedite the process after which we did get a shipment notification and tracking number. Their price was the best we found on line, but I would not recommend them based on customer service. I would gladly pay a few dollars more and have accurate updates and shipment information.
