I placed an add and I paid $20 for an upgrade and whenever I wanted to contact potential tenants I get this message: "Get tenant database access with a 20% discount", meaning that I have to pay another upgrade for something that I already paid for. I suspect that it's a fraudulent site.

We have two services for our website - Premium Listings and the Tenant Database. Premium listings, which you paid for, allow all tenants including those who do not pay for the full tenant service to contact you. The Tenant Database allows you to browse all of the tenants in your area rather than waiting for them to come to you.
